Article 1 (Purpose of These Terms and Service Overview)
Purpose
These terms of use (hereinafter “the Terms”) establish the conditions of use for the AI Chatbot and AI Customer Support Service (hereinafter “the Service”) provided by Interwork Corporation (hereinafter “the Company”) and clarify the rights and obligations between the Company and users.
Service Description
The Service is a chatbot service that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automatically respond to questions from users. Based on pre-trained information and knowledge bases, it provides 24/7 customer support.
Article 2 (Starting Service Use and Agreement to the Terms)
Agreement Constitutes Contract Formation
When a user enters a message on the Service’s chat screen or uses the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms, and a usage agreement is established.
No Prior Registration Required
The Service does not require prior membership registration or application procedures. Anyone may use it.
Age Restrictions
The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If used by anyone under 18 years old, parental consent is required.
Article 3 (Prohibited Activities and Important Precautions When Entering Information)
3-1. Prohibition on Entering Personal Information and Confidential Information
Users must never enter the following information into the Service:

- Name, address, phone number, email address
- Date of birth, age, gender, occupation
- Family composition, birthplace, educational background, work history
- My Number, driver’s license number, passport number
- Bank account information, credit card information
- Health information, medical history, treatment history
- Other information that can identify a specific individual
【Confidential Information and Business Information】
- Company internal information, trade secrets, unpublished information
- Contract terms, price information, customer lists
- Technical specifications, design drawings, source code
- Financial information, business strategy, personnel information
- Passwords, access information
3-2. Other Prohibited Activities
Please refrain from the following:
- Entering content that violates laws or third-party rights
- Content that violates public order and morality, discriminatory expressions
- Spreading false information, impersonation
- Interfering with the Service or imposing excessive load
- Unauthorized commercial use or business purposes
- Technical analysis or reverse engineering of the Service
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark
3-3. Important Notice
⚠️ Important Notices- Information once entered may be difficult to completely delete
- The information may be used as learning data for the AI system
- Your input may be unintentionally reflected in responses to other users
Article 4 (Service Modification and Suspension)
Right to Modify Service
The Company may modify, add, or delete the content, specifications, and functions of the Service without prior notice to users.
Service Suspension
The Company may temporarily suspend or terminate the Service in the following cases:
- For system maintenance and updates
- Due to natural disasters, accidents, system failures, or other force majeure
- Upon legal request
- When otherwise determined necessary for operations
Disclaimer of Liability
The Company assumes no liability for any damages incurred by users as a result of the above.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Company’s Rights
All copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or the legitimate right holder.
Scope of License Grant
The Company grants users a non-exclusive right to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibition on Reproduction and Modification
Users may not copy, modify, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the Service.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
6-1. Regarding Information Accuracy
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or currency of information provided by the Service
- Due to the nature of AI, the Service may provide inaccurate or inappropriate responses
- Users should not accept responses at face value and should verify them with other reliable sources as necessary
6-2. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company assumes no liability for the following:
- Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service
- Damages from service suspension, interruption, or errors
- Damages from information errors or inaccuracies
- Unauthorized access or information leaks by third parties
- Damages resulting from user violation of prohibited activities
Article 7 (Handling of Dialogue Information and Use for Improvement)
Purposes of Use
Information entered by users in dialogue may be used for the following purposes:
- Service quality improvement and feature enhancement
- AI model learning and accuracy improvement
- Detection and prevention of fraudulent use
- Technical problem analysis and resolution
Identification of Individuals
The Company processes dialogue data statistically and does not use it in a manner that identifies individuals.
Data Retention Period
Dialogue data is retained for improvement purposes for a certain period, but if personal information is included, it will be deleted promptly.
Article 8 (Privacy and Security)
Privacy Protection

Security Measures
The Company implements reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of Internet communications.

The Company will not provide information to third parties without user consent except as required by law.
Article 9 (User Responsibility)
Appropriate Use
Users are responsible for complying with these Terms and using the Service in a reasonable manner.
Verification of Results
If using responses from the Service for important decisions, users must verify them with other reliable sources.
Liability for Damages
If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user is liable for such damages.

Continued Use After Modification

Competent Court
For disputes regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive competent court of first instance.
Article 12 (Miscellaneous)
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Waiver of Rights
Failure by the Company to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
