What is Software as a Service (SaaS)?
Software as a Service (SaaS) is a service model where software applications provided through the cloud are used in subscription (fixed-fee) format. Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Figma are all SaaS applications we use daily. Service providers handle all installation, updates, and maintenance, so users with just internet connection can always use the latest version.

Switching from Salesforce to another CRM involves significant data migration and process changes.
