Multi-Turn Conversation
A conversation with an AI where users and the system exchange multiple messages back and forth, allowing the AI to remember previous answers and handle complex tasks like booking or troubleshooting.
What is Multi-Turn Conversation?
A multi-turn conversation is a dialog between a user and an AI system where the interaction consists of multiple exchanges or “turns.” Each turn is a pair of user input and system response.
