LiveAgent

Help desk software that provides ticket management, live chat support, support portal, and call center functions

FlowHunt

A tool that provides AI chatbot and knowledge base functions. Examples of AI chatbot implementation can be verified on the BuildVu product page and support portal.

While inquiry content and chat history are processed and stored on these external tools, the Company takes full care regarding privacy and security, managing them within the minimum necessary scope. For details, please refer to the privacy policies of each external service provider.

The Company implements technical and organizational measures including access control, encryption, employee training, and internal audits to prevent unauthorized disclosure, loss, or damage of personal information, working to strengthen information security.
